Since Waterproof World only sells on-line, naturally all our web prices include UK postage and packing!! What you see is what you pay!
Due to the administrative overhead, we have had to add a £2 admin fee for telephone orders for goods totalling less than £20.
For delivery to other countries in Europe, add £8.50 at checkout for Royal Mail international signed for service (package max weight 2kg).
We are sorry but we do not deliver outside of Europe.
Delivery Schedule
We pride ourselves on our speedy service. For UK orders your goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday and should arrive Royal Mail 1st class post within 1-2 days. Just occasionally we might be out of stock of an item in your order. Should this occur, we will email you immediately with an estimated date for the item's availability. We will ask if you wish us to send it to you separately then, or if you would prefer to cancel the item from your order. There will be no additional cost to you for us dispatching items separately in this instance.
If you have any special deadlines for delivery, please call or email us to let us know, and we'll do our best to help. For guaranteed next day delivery we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery service for orders phoned through to us before 12 noon Monday to Friday. There is an additional charge for this service, dependent on the weight of the order. This service is not available during staff holidays (see below).
Undelivered goodsShould your goods be returned to us as undeliverable by Royal Mail or courier, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, however we reserve the right to make a further charge to cover our additional postage expense.
We take no responsibility for goods lost in transit due to an incorrectly supplied address.

Internet orders will be dispatched as normal, however there will not be a telephone service or next day delivery. Received cheques will be handled after this period, so if your goods are required quickly, then we request that orders are placed on-line and paid by card, and that you contact us via email during this time. |
A small selection of our range is offered as Special Order only. These are items which we do not normally hold in stock, but can order from our manufacturers on your behalf. Special order products are clearly marked as such within our website. For these items, the above delivery time estimates do not apply. If you have a time dependency and require these items, please call us prior to ordering to establish availability and expected delivery timescales.
