Delivery Options

Standard delivery is charged at £3 at checkout, and is discounted to FREE for orders over £40. Goods are dispatched usually within 24 hours and are sent Royal Mail 1st class post, which will usually result in delivery within 2-3 days of order. Should you return goods for exchange within 14 days of dispatch, replacements will be sent by economy delivery, free of additional charge.

Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery: is charged at £8.50 at checkout.. For next working day delivery, goods must be ordered before noon. Dependent on weight, goods may be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or via UPS courier. A signature will be required on receipt. Should you return goods for exchange within 14 days of dispatch, replacements will be sent by economy delivery, free of additional charge. Next working day service available to UK mainland only, not including highlands.

European Delivery: For delivery to other countries in Europe up to a 2kg maximum package weight, add £12.50 at checkout for Royal Mail international signed for service. European packages exceeding 2kg will be split and charged at £12.50 per packet.

We are sorry but we do not deliver outside of Europe.

Telephone Orders: Due to the administrative overhead, we have had to add a £2 admin fee for telephone orders for goods totalling less than £20.

Delivery Schedule

Please select the delivery service appropriate for your requirement. We do not dispatch at the weekends or on bank holidays. Just occasionally we might be out of stock of an item in your order. Should this occur, we will email you with an estimated date for the item's availability. We will ask if you wish us to send it to you separately then, or if you would prefer to cancel the item from your order. There will be no additional cost to you for us dispatching items separately in this instance. If you have selected standard delivery, we will inform you of a dispatch delay for goods exceeding 3 days, however we will endeavour to send all your goods to you as a single dispatch.

Undelivered goods

Should your goods be returned to us as undeliverable by Royal Mail or courier, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, however we reserve the right to make a further charge to cover our additional postage expense.

We take no responsibility for goods lost in transit due to an incorrectly supplied address.

Special Order Items

A small selection of our range is offered as Special Order only. These are items which we do not normally hold in stock, but can order from our manufacturers on your behalf. Special order products are clearly marked as such within our website. For these items, the above delivery time estimates do not apply. If you have a time dependency and require these items, please call us prior to ordering to establish availability and expected delivery timescales.
