Thank you very much for the speedy deliver of my order. I ordered on the Tursday evening and in the post Saturday morning the goods arrived. My daughter has worn her water proof outfit today and it fits her really well and is very easy to get on and off. On the way to playschool for my oldest daughter everyone was asking where I had got her waterproof suit from as they think it is a really brilliant idea. Told them your website. I just wanted to write to say thank you for the excellent service. I ordered the dungarees one afternoon and the following morning they were there! Lovely quality as well and the colour was great. We went walking on the moors in the drizzle and they certainly brightened it up a bit.

Thanks for dealing with the order so quickly. I received my parcel in just under 24 hours after placing the order. Amazing what Royal Mail can do when it feels like it. And very prompt action from you too of course!! We love our goods and are looking forward to a really good downpour so we can test them properly. I've received my order today, thank you so much. Can't believe how quickly it got here.
The thermals are great, I'm sure they'll keep my daughter nice and cosey - how come thermals look so much nicer in toddler size ??
My only negative comment is that the body in the top looks quite short. my daughter seems to have a long body so they'd have been totally wonderful if a little longer to make sure they stayed tucked into her trousers to keep her back cosey.
Apart from that, thanks again for a speedy service !! :-)

Grateful thanks for the prompt service and quality products. We placed the order on Tuesday and the order was recieved on Thursday, despite the current postal dispute. Thank you for your personal e-mail informing me of your efficient despatch of the ski suit I have ordered for my eldest son. I thought you would like to know, for your information, that we live abroad and I will be collecting the suit from my mother in law when I am next in Scotland. I will then be bringing the suit back to Far East Russia (Sakhalin Island) where we are currently living as a family. I thought you might be interested to know to which far flung places of the globe that your ski wear is used!! We have already had our first snow (although not too bad) and I will be delighted to send you a photo of the suit in action when we have some deeper snow later on in the year. Most of my shopping is on the internet so I was delighted to find your website and I shall certainly be passing it on to friends with children who live here.

I am happy to confirm that the waterproof dungarees I ordered arrived safely a few days ago. The dungarees were for my 2yr old who follows in my youngest brother’s wake by being the height of a 4-5yr old by the young age of 2 and I was worried that these may not fit as most 5yr old clothes no longer need to think about the nappy space but am delighted to report that they do fit very nicely and are not overly long on him.

Just to let you know the two sets of waders arrived safely this morning - thank you so much for your prompt despatch. I ordered the original pair received last week for my 2 year old as he doesn't understand that its now winter and he can't run full pelt into the sea when we go to the beach. Living in Cornwall as we do this has proved a problem. Unfortunately one of my 4 year old twins found them and put them on first thing on Saturday morning and the twins then proceeded to take turns to wear them all weekend (almost to bed as well) and fought over them the whole time. So now hopefully peace is restored and all 3 will be ready for the beach next weekend lol!

After submitting my order for a pair of waders for my grandson late Tuesday afternoon, I am pleased to say that I have just received my order. I call that excellent service!!
I am off to Wales this afternoon and I know my grandson will be thrilled with his new wellies (he has insisted on wearing his pair from last year even though they are a little too small). This pair will now be passed on to his cousin and eventually to his baby sister - recycling at it's best!!!

She's having water therapy after badly breaking her ankle and is finding the water too cold. I wonder if it's possible to despatch the t-shirt as soon as possible because she will be in the pool most days and can't move around yet to get herself warm.

Thanks so much for sending the neoprene t-shirt. It arrived on Sat morning and she has used it twice now. It definitely makes a difference and keeps her somewhat warmer than she otherwise would be. It also helps that she's already moving around a bit more in the water so can warm up that way too.
I really appreciate your fantastic customer service and will definitely keep you in mind if we need anything else.
