Many thanks for your email and help earlier in the week with regard to my sizing queries. The wetsuits arrived yesterday and are lovely - there is a little slack around the crotch area but I think I would have struggled to squeeze both girls into smaller sizes! Your website is very easy to navigate and informative, and delivery was extremely fast and efficient.

Hurrah, hurrah! It's here - it just arrived in the post and I've put it on. It's exactly what I wanted, even down to the fact that it's longer than most waterproof jackets so covers front of thighs, which otherwise get soaked on a rainy walk. Sleeves are long, as expected, and the jacket is roomy but ideal so I can still wear a jumper underneath if I need to. You were right, you wouldn't want to go bigger than a Small for a size 14 (or even a 16 maybe). Think it might be worth pointing out this longer length on the website because I consider it a major plus point - I recently looked at jackets at our nearest Black's outdoor store and they didn't have a single one that was below hip length. Anyway, many thanks for dispatching it so speedily.

Thanks for the wetsuit and shoes which arrived yesterday and are perfect. Led to problems though cause our younger child insisted that she needed new shoes as well (though I'm sure the ones we have still fit!!). Anyway I have placed an order for a pair of shoes for her as well. Fingers crossed they arrive by tomorrow in time for our camping trip up Glen Lyon at the weekend.

I ordered a waterproof jacket from Waterproof World after looking randomly on the internet for one. I liked the look of the site and found it very quick and easy to navigate around. The jacket was just what I was looking for, a simple light and easy to pack away waterproof. We are very happy with your product and the service you provided. The Togz suit that I had ordered is a size bigger than what I really needed, but I am happy this way, as it is very easy to adjust the sleeves, legs and the hood, so I am sure it will fit my baby girl for an other year at least. She loves to wear it on the playground or the beach as we dont have to be so careful with not getting wet and muddy.
