What a marvellous service you operate! I was astounded to receive my waterproof coat this morning, only two days after ordering it. Thank you very much. The coat is even better than I had anticipated – great design, and with features like the zip, press studs and Velcro cuffs making it even more acceptable. The bag is not just a utilitarian bag – it’s quite snazzy! I am now going to order a coat for my husband!

Firstly I think your website is well laid out. The information on what sizes are available and what you have sold out of is very helpful.
The photos of the products are large and it is easy to see detail. I like the way you can click on a colour to see it on the main picture insetad of relying on a tiny square like some websites do.
The Regatta coat is fantastic. We were struggling to find a waterproof coat in age 2-3 that was fleece lined as the majority of manufacturers start their coats at 3-4 years. Our older son has a 3 in 1 regatta so we went on Regatta's website to see if they did a coat for a 2 year old. We then googled the coat and your website came up.
The wellies are also fab. There was lots of splashing around in them this weekend by our 5 year old.
Your service was brilliant and very fast.
I will try to get some photos to enter your competition, that's if my two boys stay still long enough for me to actually capture them on camera!

Very pleased, easy to use website, fast service. Product good. Am a little surprised on sizing=- my son is 7!! Tall 126cm and a little long in the body. I expected 9/10 would be a perfect fit and 11/12 to be big ( to grow into) . It fits him well now, which is ok but would think the sizing might be a little misleading, but am very happy and will come back to you again

I found your web site late on Tuesday night after going though loads that sold wetsuits but yours were the cheapest and with no delivery charge I thought it too good to be true but I went ahead and ordered. We received the Baby Warma shortly after you emailed. My wife has since taken C swimming and said it was superb. Overall I was very pleased with your service, communication was good, prices were competitive and delivery was very fast. The only thing I was slightly cautious about was when i was ordering on you website that my work computer system came up with a message saying that the website didn't appear to be genuine. My main concern was when you start your order you are not in a secure server when you input all the details such as address, name, etc.In fact before I placed my order I put in jibberish details to see what happened next and when it then took me to a secure secure sever before putting in payment details I was happy enough to proceed using my real details. Not sure if there is anything you can do about that but it was just an observation.

Thank you for your email - it's always nice to receive a personal email rather than an automated one. I'm very pleased with the rain jacket I ordered for my daughter. It's just the job for summer showery weather. I had found it quite hard finding something like this in a big enough size in the shops. There seemed to be plenty of choice for younger children, but not much for bigger ones. My daughter is only 10 but quite big for her age, so the 11/12 yrs was perfect for her. The jacket arrived very quickly too. All in all, I'm very happy with my shopping experience with Waterproof World!.
