I was also very impressed with your customer service. I had accidentally ordered the wrong colour of Togz Booties, and your staff looked at my order and realised that the All in one suit and the Booties would not match. I received a phone call, about 6:30pm the same evening I had ordered the goods and you very friendly staff kindly changed my order.

The Mac in a Sac Ladies Travel Coat is the only full length lightweight waterproof coat that I have found either on-line or in retail stores, so congratulations on supplying this extremely useful product, suitable for older, slower, disabled people like myself, as well as the younger more sprightly ladies.

The coats have arrived safely and are excellent. The only thing that I would say is that I would have preferred for the hood of the women’s mac to have been hidden as it is with the man’s. We are off to Sabah in September so will see if we have photos for the competition on our return!

I have received my goods this morning and would like to say the service I’ve had from Waterproof World has been excellent. I was kept update via e-mail from start to finish and considering I only put my order in on Monday evening and have the goods Wednesday is fantastic.
Hopefully my daughter won’t get to wear her Regatta Puddle II, but as we are camping in England there is probably a strong chance she’ll have at least one go!

My son is aged 8 but is tall and slim for his age - I have struggled to find a top to fit him lengthwise! One top aged 9-10 wouldn't even go over his head!! I ordered a size 10-12 from you and it's great. It will definitely keep him covered in the pool without swamping him. I'll take a picture whilst on holiday and try to enter your next competition.

Looks brilliant quality. Have tried on my grandson, aged 2, the size 'child-2yrs'. It is on the big size but with the adjustment straps should be perfect with plenty of room to grow & last him for some time. The added bonus being, that as soon as the suit arrived the weather changed from rain to sun!!

I would like to give you our feedback. Bacause of the miserable weather and our planned camping holiday coming Saturday, we panicked that our little one has no waterproof clothes. The quick research with google drove us straight to your website. Saw the right stuff, measured my daughter, ordered it and hurray got a special offer as well as. Unbelievable, we got the clothes next day!!! Fantastic service! Quick and reliable. I Received thewaterproof suit. It looks great, better than what I used for my children back in 1979. I bought it for my grandson when I look after him and as the forecast for the summer is not great. I thought it would come in handy, as I look after him twice a week. It was good value for money and no p & p.

The Togz waterproof arrived today and is even better quality than I expected. The hood especially, looks as though it will stay on, and I love the peak to keep the rain and sun (if we ever get any) out. The size 18 -24 months is a wee bit smaller than I had imagined, but will fit my - admittedly tall - daughter (14 months) for a while yet, if not until 2 years. At least she won't have to roll the sleeves up quite so much at first!
Thanks for the superfast delivery. It has arrived just in time for us to go for a nice long walk and not worry about getting as drenched as we did yesterday.
