Mrs A M bought TWF CIC wetsuits in black/lime green, black/red and black/yellow (July 2007) (July 2007) Firstly, thank you for dispatching them so promptly to our holiday house on the West Coast and, despite the postal strike, they were awaiting our arrival which was some feat given that we were in the back end of beyond! Quite simply they made our holiday because the children wore them non-stop and although it was really very chilly, I never once heard, "Mummy I am cold" which speaks volumes as it made the grown-ups holiday too. We have three daughters - the eldest is five and the twins are three. The suits themselves are hard wearing and warm and the girls loved the fact that they had different coloured shoulders which made the suits 'theirs' as opposed to anyone else's. I would recommend your wetsuits to anyone.

I am very happy with the product, it is just right for the 'British summer' and has allowed our 15 month old daughter play on the beach on a damp day on our recent summer holiday in Britain. She isn't walking yet so having the waterproof suit gave her the freedom do crawl around to her hearts content rather than having to stay in her pushchair. The waterproof shoes are great too. I'm sure once she is walking it will give her freedom again to play outside, where she loves being, on damp/rainy days. I was also very pleased with the price of the waterproof suit and the very quick delivery following my online order.

Just like to say thank you for the speedy dispatch of the wetsuit. We received it much to our suprise on Saturday morning. Thanks to your excellent sizing guide the wet suit fits just right on our son (he is tall and skinny for his age, so we can't always rely on just ages to get things to fit). I would like to send you a big thank you for such great service. I only placed the order at 1.45 on the Thursday and as promised the goods arrived the next morning. Your web site is easy and clear to use and I quickly found just what I needed. Then a quick phone call and it was all done. Although we had great weather all weekend for our camping trip, my 10 month old was able to crawl around on the damp grass in the mornings without getting soaked. The Velcro cuffs make it easy to get on and then keep in place.I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely be coming back when my boys need new wet weather gear, which in this country I think might be quite soon!

Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of your delivery - thank you. In the end the weather was great this weekend, so the girls haven't yet needed to wear the trousers, but are delighted with them nonetheless.
I'm sure they will have plenty of opportunities to wear them in the future.

I can tell that so far I am very impressed with your customer service. Having just logged in to my email I can see you left me an email earlier to notify me about the out of stock Rash Vest and that you also telephoned earlier and left a message (sorry I hadn't checked my messages) before calling and speaking to me later. Emailing and calling (twice!) is fantastic service - most other companies wouldn't bother to try so hard! And its great that the goods have been dispatched already- am looking forward to receiving them.
Also another quick bit of feedback. I really love the way that the prices on your website included P&P - I shop online a lot and wish more companies did this, its more transparent and so much easier for the customer. Having shopped around for wetsuits your prices were very competitive - so good value as well.

I recently ordered a Regetta Puddlesuit for my two year old son. I ordered it on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday, that is great service. With the smashing summer we are having the suit has come into it's own and C really likes wearing it.
